Chapter 14, “Artificial Intelligence,” of the Local Rules for the Statutory Probate Courts of Bexar County (approved Sept. 25, 2026) provides: “Use of Artificial Intelligence is not prohibited, but the filing attorney or party is independently responsible for the accuracy of all filings and must comply with all legal and ethical duties, including TRCP 13 and Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, Chapters 9 – 10.”
The chapter requires no disclosure or certification of AI use.
