The 2025-2026 LPL market split in two directions at once. On one side, carriers started
filing AI exclusion endorsements: Hamilton Insurance Group has a Generative AI exclusion
on professional liability; W.R. Berkley filed an Absolute AI Exclusion (form PC 51380) on
management-liability lines; broker reporting in the Vanguard Specialty memo, the L Squared
Insurance Agency blog, and WTW's Insurance Marketplace Realities 2026 documents at least
seven independent confirmations of unnamed LPL programs filing AI exclusions through
bifurcated, mostly unannounced renewals. On the other side, Lloyd's syndicate Chaucer with
Armilla launched affirmative AI liability cover in April 2025 and expanded it to bundled
Vanguard AI in February 2026; Counterpart added affirmative AI cover to Miscellaneous
Professional Liability in November 2025. Firms documenting their AI governance enter
renewal positioned for either direction. Firms that aren't, aren't.
The packet is every artifact a 5 to 50 attorney firm should produce for the malpractice
renewal cycle, bundled and pre-customized so a managing partner can hand it to the firm
administrator and check the questionnaire box without rebuilding the binder. The same
artifacts answer questions on both an LPL renewal application AND a dedicated
affirmative-AI-cover application: one set of documentation, two-sided coverage protection.
See AI liability insurance
for the firm-side primer (named exclusion-filing and affirmative-cover carriers,
seven questions to put to your underwriter at renewal), and
carrier renewal documentation for the full carrier
activity snapshot, public-filing references, and the Lloyd's affirmative-cover landscape.
In development. Reserve below to be notified when the packet ships. The
free resource library covers the same artifacts unbundled if you
need the documentation today.

Reserve your copy
Reserve below to be notified when the packet ships. Founding-customer slots
($4,999 instead of $5,999) are released to Firm-Implemented reservers first; tier
selection prefills if you reached this form by clicking a Reserve button above.
Active development. No published date yet. Reservers on the monthly update list are the
first audience when it ships.
Can I get the artifacts now?
Yes. The free resource library has every artifact in the packet
as standalone templates. The packet's value is in the bundling, the state annex, and the
higher tiers' review and implementation services. If you need the documentation for a
renewal in the next 60 days, work from the free library directly.
What's a "state annex"?
Per-state language addressing the bar opinion or guidance most relevant to that state, the
key Rules of Professional Conduct citations, and any state-specific carrier behavior. The
State Tracker shows the per-state research that feeds each
annex.
Need ongoing implementation rather than templates?
The packet ships documentation. If your firm needs done-for-you implementation,
vendor interviews, live training rollout, and carrier-submission prep, see the
Consulting page.
Is this legal advice?
No. This is a compliance documentation tool sold to licensed attorneys. Strategic and
rule-application calls belong to the firm's attorneys.
