On the other side, Lloyd's syndicate Chaucer with Armilla launched affirmative AI liability cover in April 2025 and expanded it to bundled Vanguard AI in February 2026; Counterpart added affirmative AI cover to Miscellaneous Professional Liability in November 2025. Firms documenting their AI governance enter renewal positioned for either direction. Firms that aren't, aren't.
